ALEC Leadership Roundtable
WELCOME!
The ALEC Leadership Roundtable is an informal discussion about leadership topics. Some of the past topics of discussion have been gender, diversity, undergraduate development, theories, future direction of leadership scholarship, etc. Sometimes there are formal presentations by faculty, graduate students or guests. We use the principles from Open Space Technology.
